Can we bring outside food and drink?
Conditions:
If you bring large trays or containers of catered food, we ask that you start the cleanup time 15 mins before your party time ends.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed. There will be a $100 penalty for any host or guest who brings them to and/or consumes them at your party.

Can the guests stay in the playground after the party?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow party guests nor party host families to stay after the party. This is to avoid overcrowding with open play customers and/or guests of any subsequent parties. In addition, we always want to make sure that the playground stays clean and organized for the next party customers, just as we will make sure to do for yours.

Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes. However, you will have 30 mins before your party start time to set up. Please, make sure to bring the decoration items so that they can be set up during the designated time slot. If you need more time to set up, you will need to add an hour for a bigger set up, which will add a extra fee to your total balance.
Do all of the guests have to wear socks?
Yes. Anyone coming into our playground space MUST remove shoes and wear socks, and anyone refusing to do either or both of those will not be allowed into the playground space. This is to keep our playground floor as clean as possible. We sell grip socks for $3 or you can bring your own extra socks for your guests. We will make exceptions and provide shoe coverings ONLY for those who are not able to remove their shoes due to a disability or injury.

Can we hire our own party planners and different vendors?
Yes. Please let us know at the time of your booking if you plan to bring your own decorators. The clean up time for decorators are 30 mins. They will need to come at least 15 minutes before the party end time to clean up their decorations, if they bring lots of items or use a complex setup.
For other vendors, they will need to clean up the area they use for your party. We will charge an extra $50 cleaning fee to the party hosts for every party vendor who leaves their area dirty and/or disorganized.
